IZ Interfacial Impedance Behavior — Supplier demonstrates IZ impedance metric (Annex A) remains within acceptance band over the accelerated protocol (Annex B). Provide lot-linked EIS summaries (mean, P90) and raw files on request.

Bonded-Area / Void Limits — Bonded-area ≥ X% per Annex C; any single panel < Y% is rejectable.

Edge Integrity (if edge-dominant line) — No conductive breach within 1 mm edge band (Annex D).

Traceability — File linking Lot → J/C distributions → environment logs → IZ artifacts with synchronized timestamps.
